1. Though, it really needs a photo option so the person shopping can find the item easily by referring to photos of the items to make sure they get the correct product.List Ease is a decent grocery list app.

2. Also why does an item flash 4 times when you add it to the list? This is incredably annoying & just slows down the shopping experience & creating of a list!!I've had this (free version) app for a couple of years and it's been really great.

3. A shame; it used to be great!This grocery list app is great! I like how you can check off each item as you get it, and it moves that item to the bottom.

4. Last fall I got a new phone and when I tried to restore my grocery/pantry lists, the app informed me my password was incorrect and I would need to reset it using the link sent to my email.

1. Fix List Ease Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart List Ease: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the List Ease App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "List Ease" » Open List Ease: Shopping List App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for List Ease » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear List Ease: Shopping List App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from List Ease servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "List Ease: Shopping List App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check List Ease app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, List Ease might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall List Ease. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall List Ease then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing List Ease not working

2. Fix List Ease Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make List Ease be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to List Ease not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, List Ease may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
