1. I specifically searched for a non-diet app (intuitive eating, gentle nutrition etc.), which this app claims it is, but as soon as you enter the app, it tells you you'll have to restrict calories and eat "healthy" foods in order to lose weight (not true- weight loss is about controlling insulin), then it asks you to choose a food plan (aka "diet").
2. Im in luv with this app.There is missing year at dating, otherwise good app.The program is very easy to use but very motivated.No option to Scan Barcode & doesn't recognize Tim HortonsEasy to use.
3. If font size can be increased that would make it much more better.Useful. Includes most of the food types.Basic, but easy.
4. If you want a diet, and a place to log food and exercise, try it out.
5. The app seems decent...if you're looking for a diet.
6. A long list of desi food specially.
