1. It asks for my login, then asks where I want to go, then asks for my login, then where i want to go! And repeat!! I did this for ten minutes before downloading the app, which then refused to open after i logged in the first time.

2. What the hell is the point of being able to pre-book... When all it does is automatically submit your request 10 mins beforehand?! I NEED someone here to pick me up at this time, to be there at this time.

3. The driver digs for a pen and paper to get the address from me and then another 3 minutes to enter into his gps.My experience with the app has not been very good because most of my trips have not shown the driver arriving to pick me up or drop me off.

4. 👍Usually know where to pick up and drop off but some don't always read the note*, and there are some that park on the alley road for pick up and we have to walk all the way thru the parking lot, sometimes with kids to the road!?? MoST expect tip when they don't help with baggage/items.

5. The app faq says to leave feedback via the About page but the two options there (comment about the app and comment about the ride experience) do nothing.Not only is this just a bad app in general, it doesnt work half the time.

6. 0 stars not possible.The address line does not allow for entering a unit number; until it does, I will use a different service rather than waiting for the driver's call to ask where I am in the complex.

7. The one day it froze the cab at an intersection and then it arrived to pick me up with the app saying it was still at the intersection.The app never works when you want it to.

1. Fix Co-op Taxi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Co-op Taxi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Co-op Taxi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Co-op Taxi" » Open Co-op Taxi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Co-op Taxi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Co-op Taxi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Co-op Taxi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Co-op Taxi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Co-op Taxi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Co-op Taxi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Co-op Taxi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Co-op Taxi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Co-op Taxi not working

2. Fix Co-op Taxi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Co-op Taxi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Co-op Taxi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Co-op Taxi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
