2. You select the picture you want and it doesn't come up in the frame, it's completely useless.If there was a half of star that's the one i would select... I can't fix the photo as i want it's just all over the place I can stretch the photo but i can't narrow it down ... Pure nonsense.. KmtCannot upload your photos! There is a photo of a guy you can't delete hidden in each frameI loved it.

1. Fix Photo Frame Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Frame: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Frame App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Frame" » Open Photo Frame » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Frame » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Frame app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Frame servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Frame" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Frame app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Frame might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Frame. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Frame then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Frame not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Frame be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo Frame not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo Frame may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
