Hopefully it stays in optimum condition.Slow and cumbersome, the text editing capabilities are not very intuitive either, when "reply all" is selected for example, as I use and email a lot of people at the same time, the screen on my phone is half filled with the recipients and half with the keyboard, there is no way to minimise the recipient section like on other clients such as Yandex mail or even the official outlook app, and the sending speed and ability to attach documents is slow if working at all, not very good.I downloaded this app and was hit with a virus that rediected my phone to another app "Home Phone" which a number of users have reported it as malicious.

SHAME on Play Store for not addressing this when first reported.In full network when all apps are working, it's showing no network, connection error .I can sign in to an online version but will not let me sign in on app , changed password many times to tryI love the simplicity of the app and the larger formatting when scrolling through emails.

3. Good job to the developer but missing a few things that I'm looking for.Downloaded the app as it says it will work with Exchange.

4. I am going to uninstall and reinstall to see if that...works?Very user friendly with the dissapointing exception that there is no option to manually delete/clear inbox of all messages at once.

5. I attempted to send an email to my Google account, and it says it was sent.

6. To remove from your phone: start phone in safe mode, find app and uninstall.

7. My inbox is cluttered with thousands & thousands of messages with no tech savvy way of clearing them out in a mass amount.

8. I downloaded this app on the 25th of October and it hasn't received emails since the 4th of November.

9. I didn't realise this for a month as this is my second email, not my primary one.

10. This app has been working so well since I started using it, I have never had a problem till date.

1. Fix Pro Mail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pro Mail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pro Mail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pro Mail" » Open Pro Mail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pro Mail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pro Mail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pro Mail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pro Mail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pro Mail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pro Mail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pro Mail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pro Mail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pro Mail not working

2. Fix Pro Mail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pro Mail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pro Mail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pro Mail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
