1. Also, when I open the app and Select Video Templates( New), an error message appears stating, "Error loading music templates...Please try again"! But it still does NOT work! I'm VERY dissatisfied with this app, and will seek a refund.The app workedvery well the last time I used it, it was useful for making slow motion edits from normal video, speeding up videos, and merging videos together, however I am trying to use the app now and when I click on the icon, I get a blank screen and the app doesn't open and I get a notification saying that the app keeps stopping.

2. From a Great fan of efectum😊This is a very app, it helped to create much interesting videos, it can reverse, make faster or slower any video, also you can use slow or fast in the part of the video you want, also you can add music, filters and other effects.

3. ..-⭐ because this app lack a lot of features that are needed for video editing, but if you want a basic editor that have limited effects and few things to edit with ( such as changing speed, making a collage, reversing your video, merging it with another one, there are not any video effects.

Just do what everyone else does and make free users sit through an ad once and a while, there's a reason why developer usually go that route.Hello, My name is Neave and the reason why I rated this app 3 stars is because the effects are good but the slow motion (which I bought the app for) is very fuzzy and the sound is rubbish.

5. -⭐ video templates say NEW, but when I clicked them, the templates won't load.I paid for this app - it has a good amount of filters for videos.

6. If you are a premium user then just no ads and efectum watermark for you and you will be able to use 14 frames and 89 filters...isn't it amazing..? But yes nowadays I'm facing a problem that is i am not able to see the video on the mobile screen.

8. Please fix this issue, Thanks.Great app with one fairly big flaw - when you set the slowmo portion of your clip it appears as expected in the preview, but after encoding the slowmo effect is offset slightly, which is quite annoying when you want to drop in and out at an exact point.

1. Fix Efectum Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Efectum: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Efectum App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Efectum" » Open Efectum – Video Editor and Mak » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Efectum » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Efectum – Video Editor and Mak app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Efectum servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Efectum – Video Editor and Mak" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Efectum app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Efectum might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Efectum. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Efectum then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Efectum not working

2. Fix Efectum Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Efectum be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Efectum not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Efectum may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
