1. It's a huge issue God forbid an emergency happens I would not be able to even get into my call screen to make an emergency call.

2. I figured it was maybe my phone getting old but then every time I got a new notification from this app I couldn't access anything.

3. She sees 3 different specialists there and I can easily communicate with them on this app which is super convenient as well as time saving, and gives me peace of mind.This app is okay.

4. Then the video visit freezes and I receive a message that the camera and microphone are blocked and to enable settings.

5. You have a sick kid and wait 90 mins for a video call (did this twice w/ 2 diff phones) and then there's no audio and video.

6. But half the time when I click on the app it only brings up a green screen, and never does anything else.

1. Fix Nemours Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nemours: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nemours App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nemours" » Open Nemours » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nemours » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nemours app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nemours servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nemours" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nemours app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nemours might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nemours. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nemours then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nemours not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nemours be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nemours not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nemours may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
