1. Sure beats trying to scan it from a printer to a computer to upload as a file to the program & onandonandonandon! Good app, easy to use & dependable!you can no longer deposit checks via this app so takes away a major advantage of having this app.
2. Why? Would having given 4 stars until this happened.Latest update has broken the ability to deposit checks.
3. It really gets recognized too much for me when I'm making a transaction but I guess it's geat for the bank.🤑🤑🤑I've been trying to save trips to their locations by any means necessary due COVID.
4. It generally takes 10-15 tries to get a photo of a check the app will accept.App was working fine...then the quick access feature disappeared.
5. I've been using the android app since they started it & it has evolved(yes, they've had a hiccup or three along the way!) into an extremely easy platform to use, especially for depositing checks.
6. It quite a disservice in a time such as now that we're in.The mobile deposit photo feature just gets worse and worse.
7. Everything else is working fine, but the beauty of this app is supposed to be the mobile check deposit.

9. Over the last 25 years I have received FANTASTIC service in the bank, on the telephone and the online app is EVERYTHING! Only change I would make is to have a choice of different pictures on the debit/Visa card.

11. It makes me wonder how one of the most financially stable institutions are not equipped to service the account holders in a more cutting edge manner since their so popular in research👎🏿.
