1. Edit: Customer service was extremely responsive and helpful! The issue was 100% my mistake! The app works as expected! Great app! ----------------------- Original: Despite spending a long time working on my new logo, no matter what I did, the image couldn't be saved! I clicked the save button multiple times and selected what categories I wanted but nothing happened! Either I'm doing something wrong, or the app is broken/bugged.

2. The ability to add font packs from third party or maybe a font marketplace added, a snap to grid option that allows the app to automatically snap it to the middle or whatever line you're closest to and adding macro sizes or the ability to type in a number (122.4% for example) to the "size" tool and the "nudge" tool.The thing likes to move stuff around when I dave it and then go back in to edit it.

3. Great app!Its awesome! It fits perfectly for the logo making and there are so many options! But there is one thing that I hope you guys can add! Its where you can download fonts! I know I can use other apps like Ibis Paint x, but I don't wanna switch apps and take up more space in my phone.

4. I really hope this gets fixed sinced I did pay for the pro version.Would have given 5 stars but some of the text features are so basic that it's very limiting and it could use more variety of images especially in the non business areas, such as Animals, Badges, Vintage etc.

5. Other than that the only problems I encountered were ones that more so came from being on mobileGood app, BUT... The user interface is not very user friendly, I can't find a way to go from back and forth between the different elements and screens, same goes for deleting elements.

8. This was the FREE version.. but, if I can't see at least ONE, even if I can't share it, (just to try it out) how am I going to know I can actually do what I want?? Especially harder for me with specific cosmetic needs that are not on here..but, I kinda guessed that prior.

9. My only suggestion would be to include the ability to make the icons editable, allowing for customizations to create unique designs from existing images.

10. I doubt folks would seriously use this app to create an actual logo with a recycled/reusable image.

1. Fix Logo Maker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Logo Maker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Logo Maker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Logo Maker" » Open Logo Maker : Logo Creator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Logo Maker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Logo Maker : Logo Creator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Logo Maker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Logo Maker : Logo Creator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Logo Maker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Logo Maker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Logo Maker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Logo Maker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Logo Maker not working

2. Fix Logo Maker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Logo Maker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Logo Maker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Logo Maker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
