1. Because you can't really add the thumbnail to a video unless you get a video editor app... But if you do that you'll see the thumbnail in the video... So it is confusing... Other than that it's really good app! Saturation is really good and so is the text features! The text it's self is confusing but good! Can you please make it possible for me to do that though? 2. The app does, however, allow you to watch an ad to remove the watermark, which is a good way to avoid having to pay for premium.The app is extremely easy to work with and I was immediately comfortable with it when I first started using it for my content.

1. Fix Thumbnail Maker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Thumbnail Maker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Thumbnail Maker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Thumbnail Maker" » Open Thumbnail Maker - Channel art » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Thumbnail Maker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Thumbnail Maker - Channel art app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Thumbnail Maker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Thumbnail Maker - Channel art" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Thumbnail Maker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Thumbnail Maker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Thumbnail Maker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Thumbnail Maker then reinstall.
