Why should I report an Issue with Photo Ink - Mark, Sign, Draw?

1. There some big in the app as it does not refresh to a new picture for the mark; the thickness of the pen can not changed; need a function to reverse any marking; provide more colours for the pen etc.I can't even find the image I want to edit because of the absolutely assbackwards nonsensical way this program sorts your images by.

2. Poorly designed all around.decided to pay the $2 for the zooming function (which is ridiculous), and as soon as I zoomed back out, the document text got smaller, but the drawing stayed the same size.....its not worth the download.i don't mind paying, but the app is buggy.

3. the app is intuitive and pretty straight forward, no too much extra cluttering up the space when all that is needed is to simply highlighting or simple drawing to point out the essential part.Zooming of any kind requires the paid version.

4. fixed the bug first.Simple to use & I love how unobtrusive the ads are in the free version (and premium is only $1.99). If they add a highlighter style pen option I will upgrade.

5. Waste of time.please improve zoom function in premium features.

6. I can draw on it but then when I zoom back out to draw on other spots also, it makes the first drawing huge and all across the page.

7. i waste 2 minute to found the save button, and the ink does not remove when you edit next photo.

8. Undo function clears all ink drawn rather than the last stroke.

9. I need to sign a document that was emailed to me and email it back.

1. Fix Photo Ink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Ink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Ink App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Ink" » Open Photo Ink - Mark, Sign, Draw » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Ink » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Ink - Mark, Sign, Draw app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Ink servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Ink - Mark, Sign, Draw" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Ink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Ink might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Ink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Ink then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Ink not working

2. Fix Photo Ink Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Ink be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo Ink not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo Ink may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
