Inker Customer Insights

1. It also suggests keyboard shortcut but I'm using a tablet, not a computer - I shouldn't have to plug in a keyboard.I love how the vectors work, multi layer, the draw tool feels like using the pencil in Adobe illustrator, which is exactly what I'm looking for.

2. I was looking for something with path drawing and this app works great for how I am used to drawing.Needs to differentiate active pen from finger for more professional use(even the generic non customizable finger-> panzoom would make a big difference).

3. Did I actually export a png of my work, or did the button already stopped working? I won't know until I've checked my files ಠ_ಠThe path tool is pretty great.

4. I upgraded to the full version thinking it would unlock certain features, like using the brush tool instead of the pencil tool but nope.

5. (Edit: Had to scroll down to a comment here to find it: Long press a color) ❌Reverse path doesn't work ❌Help file written for PCs.

6. Using the S-pen, the app grabs your finger input then also uses the pen input, resulting in random lines stretching the page.

7. I've had to restart the app may times while using it and that's a real shame because when it work it works really well.

8. Great app otherwise. It's ok for drawing very simple vectors but the gradients are very basic: only 2 colors and no oval radial gradients, only perfectly circular.

9. I feel like other apps ignore the first finger input if the pen comes right after.

10. I really like the interface and layout of it and really enjoy using it other then the very noticeable bugs.

11. Error codes every few clicks, which are pointless from the user side as the user can rarely decipher the meaning of the errors nor does the error code give any indication of how it can be resolved.
