1. There are some things that could be improved about the app.. themes, the ability to send only the subject of an email, the ability to select and delete multiple sent items, the ability to capitalize the first letter of a sentence when using voice to text.
2. I would gladly pay for a pro version that facilitates multiple sending configurations that allow me to customize the recipient email and/or the subject line content with the added ability to include a timestamp in the subject (time the memo was recorded, not the time it was finally sent).
3. Also, add the option for changing the default subject line for note types and option for a default email subject line is another must.Best app I've found since netmemo was removed from play.
4. I really dont want google listening in on my personal notes, though, so does anyone know of another app which will play the file directly from email? And it should have an option to either pause recording on silence, or to strip it out before sending.
5. On top of this they have great tech support and actually listen to user suggestions. This is the only app that I found that could quickly compose and send an email using voice.
6. These things make it easier for me to setup rules in Outlook for directing memos based on categories (e.g. Tasks, Customer service notes, Personal etc..). …and finally maintaining just two clicks; one to start recording and one to send the memo is important to me.
7. The only app I have which can play the voice file via email is google music.
8. Just reintroduced, you can also choose to have your voice memo emailed to you as a file, a link to listen to it on a web page, or both.
9. Update in the middle of 02/20 changed from sending voice mail file to a link on their server.
10. One click to start composing, speak the email I want to send, and one click to send.. that's it.
11. However, I'd like to see the option to add all four mediums (voice, text, photos, video) into one memo AND cloud storage syncing/backup options.
