1. I gave it 4 stars because it still lacks this one feature I am looking for: the syncing feature in which you can access your notes in multiple devices.

2. I had my app password protected until one day I noticed it didn't prompt me for a password and just showed all my notes.

3. It has a txt file export feature so you can save all of your notes into one txt file, which is great.

1. Fix Cute memo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cute memo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cute memo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cute memo" » Open Cute memo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cute memo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cute memo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cute memo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cute memo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cute memo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cute memo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cute memo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cute memo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cute memo not working
