1. Not fault of the app.Great concept.... please constantly increase capacity and ear compatibility with more phones eg Infinix, Tecno etc.Good detail level, similar to AIDA64 and CPU-Z, but at a basic level.No apparent help file, don't see a way to calibrate capacity.Great app, a lot of usefull features, but no wear level and no capacity measurement.

2. Relevant info should be about overall battery health and/or testing, and, of course, charging statistics.Sigh.. does everything EXCEPT analyse battery wear.

1. Fix Battery Wear Level Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Battery Wear Level: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Battery Wear Level App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Battery Wear Level" » Open Battery Wear Level: Measuring » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Battery Wear Level » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Battery Wear Level: Measuring app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Battery Wear Level servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Battery Wear Level: Measuring" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Battery Wear Level app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Battery Wear Level might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Battery Wear Level. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Battery Wear Level then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Battery Wear Level not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Battery Wear Level be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Battery Wear Level not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Battery Wear Level may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
