1. Overall great app to use for your battery needs.(Pro version user) The app used to be stable but now the Live Wallpaper feature (displaying the battery level on a 100% scale) gets disabled every other day, requiring a manual re-activation afterwards.

1. Restart Battery HD Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Battery HD Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Battery HD Pro" » Open Battery HD Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Battery HD Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Battery HD Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Battery HD Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Battery HD Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Battery HD Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Battery HD Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Battery HD Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Battery HD Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Battery HD Pro not working
