Why should I report an Issue with Battery Level for Status Bar?

1. This is the BEST battery indicator out of all the other ones I've tried which had too much nonsense and weird designs.. The notification bar shows a battery percentage number icon in a large black/white font which is simple and easy to read.. the lock screen is a simple white bar which shows the battery status.

2. Best of all, it has zero impact on RAM or battery life.. My stock Android 5.1 Motorola Moto E 2nd Gen has NO battery percentage indicator which is very annoying, this is a good solution.So simple.

3. Unfortunately was looking for this for Bluetooth, didn't need this app.I really love this app, thank you and keep up the good work and please don't change it because almost every app I ever gotten goes bad because the developer make changes that it didn't need to be changed.

4. If it was gone 5 * appThis app works perfectly and i wouldn't want to uninstall it because it can start automatically after rebooting my phone and it is very simple interns of settings.It's alright.

1. Fix Battery Level Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Battery Level: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Battery Level App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Battery Level" » Open Battery Level for Status Bar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Battery Level » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Battery Level for Status Bar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Battery Level servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Battery Level for Status Bar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Battery Level app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Battery Level might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Battery Level. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Battery Level then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Battery Level not working

2. Fix Battery Level Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Battery Level be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Battery Level not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Battery Level may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
