1. Unless it's on purpose to get people to hit the max time button cause it's sooooo much easier.Installed it thinking I could use it to pay for parking today....boy was I wrong! Took forever to respond to any tap, and when it finally made it to the point where I could enter the meter number and duration, it completely stalled......forcing me to dig for change, run across the street to the bank, wait in line for 10 min to request $1 in quarters to then finally be able to pay the meter.

2. Otherwise it will reset thr date and time and yoill havd tk go through the terrible UI all over again.Can you guys update this app so I can easily pick the amount of time.

3. The "zone search" doesn't work, the map is clunky and irrelevant, and the function to set the meter time is counterintuitive and not user-friendly.

4. When you finally do get past the terrible spinning wheel to select the date and time and get your location correct, then make sure not to zoom or pan around the map.

5. The app forces you to do the max time when the scroll wheel for the numbers doesn't work.

6. You can highlight the wheel and manually put them in, but then you are waiting after that for an infinite amount of time for it to register and give you the ability to hit the submit button.

7. Fails to load 33% of the time and when it does work the new UI is miserable to navigate and the time selection it a bad experience.

8. Wont let you overlap your parking time with the same car and is just wierd interface.

9. I also got a ticket while the app took 4 minutes to finalize my meter time purchase.

10. THIS NEW UPDATE IS BUGGY! Have to re-sign in every time.

1. Fix MPLS Parking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MPLS Parking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MPLS Parking App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MPLS Parking" » Open MPLS Parking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MPLS Parking » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MPLS Parking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MPLS Parking servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MPLS Parking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MPLS Parking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MPLS Parking might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MPLS Parking. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MPLS Parking then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MPLS Parking not working

2. Fix MPLS Parking Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MPLS Parking be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MPLS Parking not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MPLS Parking may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
