1. This app just cost me $45 for the fine and a $1.10 to park, I'm now embarrassed because I could have went to Southlake0 STARS! If you pay for parking through here YOU WILL STILL GET A TICKET FOR NOT DISPLAYING A RECEIPT (which the app doesn't even give you the option for)... I contested the citation and instead of getting it dismissed they cut the ticket cost in half, as if to only half admit they were wrong... AWFUL EXPERIENCE.5 stars if you could extend your parking when a zone has multiple spots.

You can also set up the parking session away from your car, too, in another place with better reception - just remember your zone number so that you can enter it correctly.App incorrectly determined that I did not need to pay for parking and I received a $45 parking ticket because of it...Don't bother! Horrible app for Android! If you're looking to reserve parking in the future, if you zoom out on the map to show choices, the date reverts to the current date and time.

3. Save you the hassle of ticket when you lack change or prefer not to use a credit card at the parking kiosk.I've tried installing it multiple times in different occasions and it never works.

App is slow and unresponsiveSpent 10 minutes setting up the app after I parked.....all was good until 30 minutes later as I was walking back to my car I noticed I was getting a ticket from a police officer, when I took a picture with the app of the back of my car it logged the wrong license plate number some how.

5. Sometimes the satellite doesn't seem to connect in some parking zones (I guess because of the tall buildings).

6. I don't want to reserve a parking space while I'm driving down the road, but that's apparently the only way this app works.

1. Fix FW PARK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FW PARK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FW PARK App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FW PARK" » Open FW PARK » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FW PARK » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FW PARK app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FW PARK servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FW PARK" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FW PARK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FW PARK might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FW PARK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FW PARK then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FW PARK not working

2. Fix FW PARK Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FW PARK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FW PARK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FW PARK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
