1. Can't access any of the books!The best app for doctors.The format of the books is excellent! If you buy ebooks to read on kindle/google play they are just like text books-this not easy for quick reference but via drcompanion/medhand it was so easy and quick to look up what you want.Easy to read.I am upset that the company has closed down.I hope it opens up again so I can get my books back and buy new editions.I cannot find an alternative for the oxford handbooks.I have used it since 2004-was on a PDA annual subscription thenApp has stopped working.

3. Used to be the best app out there for many medical books but suddenly this has stopped working without warning a few weeks ago! Tried literally everything ;clearing the cache, data, reinstalling etc but no use.. Sent emails to the developer and absolute silence.

1. Fix MedHand Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MedHand: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MedHand App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MedHand" » Open MedHand Mobile Libraries » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MedHand » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MedHand Mobile Libraries app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MedHand servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MedHand Mobile Libraries" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MedHand app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MedHand might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MedHand. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MedHand then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MedHand not working

2. Fix MedHand Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MedHand be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MedHand not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MedHand may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
