1. It is meant to work as a "viewfinder", a tool that helps you plan the shots before you turn on your DSLR or Mirrorless camera and setup your rig to shoot a scene.It can also take pictures so you can easily build a storyboard and have all your shots planned beforehand.

1. Fix Magic Canon ViewFinder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Magic Canon ViewFinder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magic Canon ViewFinder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magic Canon ViewFinder" » Open Magic Canon ViewFinder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magic Canon ViewFinder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magic Canon ViewFinder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magic Canon ViewFinder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magic Canon ViewFinder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magic Canon ViewFinder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magic Canon ViewFinder might not work.
