1. It doesn't recover files which are from device.When I tested it for the first time and tried to recover a file, I got an error: There are currently no ad videos to display! This is a total rubbish app.App is able to find the lost data, but hides them afterwards in a way that that the data can not be marked all but only singlarly, an impossible thing, if You have over 5000 items to do this.

2. Not only that, but I wasn't even able to find the files I deleted! It hasn't even been 30 minutes! Don't download, look elsewareABSOLUTELY garbage app! You download the app, and when you get ready to scan, thinking it is going to get something done or at least attempt to, it tells you to click on a tap which sends you to a website.

3. Pure deception.I made a vlog and had to delete some videos to have more storage, and I accidently deleted the vlog I had been working on, so I tried lots of apps to get the video back, but none of them work, this one had way to many ads as well, and it wasn't showing any of the videos I had deleted in the past, it was showing videos I already had.

4. Total waste of time.Tried to find a file that had been deleted from the recycle bin bit it couldn't find it.

5. Ok only for non-urgent recovery of a few files.Terrible. I accidentally deleted some files, I thought I had transferred them to an internal SD card, but the transfer failed and I didn't catch that before I deleted the files.

6. Thank u developer.Poor app I wanted to recover some files which were screen recorded videos.

7. All it found were lots of ways to show me ads and files that were already there and had never been deleted in the first place!!I like this apk very much.

8. This apk could easily have got 5 stars, if it not was bordered to recover only 10 files at the time and only 30 files at all.Commercial after commercial so never got the chance to see if this app even works.

9. After recovering those 10 files, you have to go back into the selection screen, which does not remove the ones that you just recovered, nor mark them as having been recovered.

10. It saved a big set of video and other data I lost becouse I tried to move them to an decect USB stick (one of those China sticks who say they have 512 GB, but in reality only have 1 or 8 GB physically data storage).

11. You can only recover a maximum of 10 files at a time.

1. Fix File Recovery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart File Recovery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the File Recovery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "File Recovery" » Open File Recovery - Restore Files » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for File Recovery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear File Recovery - Restore Files app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from File Recovery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "File Recovery - Restore Files" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check File Recovery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, File Recovery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall File Recovery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall File Recovery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing File Recovery not working

2. Fix File Recovery Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make File Recovery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to File Recovery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, File Recovery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
