1. Not the easiest thing to use.Can't load receipts and forces you to send them by mail in 2023?? everything to delay payments, so complicated and waited over 30 minutes to speak with someone!?? And we have to depend on them?, wow what a crappie choice our company made.Every time I try to login, it tells me "already registered".

2. When i make a claim, the page does not turn if i put my phone in landscape and it doesn't adjust to the screen so i have to scroll to the right to see if there's more questions or boxes to check.

3. Need the e version of your card? Tap on "change address" then scroll right to "make a claim" make sure you have data and tiny fingers.

4. My login info is correct, I can login to the website.Cant access everything from the app.

5. Finally, i didn't see where to load my receipts but i was able to submit...🤔 i'm puzzled.Will not allow me to upload receipts.

1. Fix SSQ Insurance Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SSQ Insurance: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SSQ Insurance App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SSQ Insurance" » Open SSQ Insurance » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SSQ Insurance » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SSQ Insurance app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SSQ Insurance servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SSQ Insurance" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SSQ Insurance app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SSQ Insurance might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SSQ Insurance. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SSQ Insurance then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SSQ Insurance not working
