1. Not the easiest thing to use.Can't load receipts and forces you to send them by mail in 2023?? everything to delay payments, so complicated and waited over 30 minutes to speak with someone!?? And we have to depend on them?, wow what a crappie choice our company made.Every time I try to login, it tells me "already registered".
2. When i make a claim, the page does not turn if i put my phone in landscape and it doesn't adjust to the screen so i have to scroll to the right to see if there's more questions or boxes to check.
3. Need the e version of your card? Tap on "change address" then scroll right to "make a claim" make sure you have data and tiny fingers.
4. My login info is correct, I can login to the website.Cant access everything from the app.
5. Finally, i didn't see where to load my receipts but i was able to submit...🤔 i'm puzzled.Will not allow me to upload receipts.
6. Like that page shoumd be the landing page that page has all the info you need but it'll take you forever to find it.
7. No i did notI logged in fine, i can access all my different policies no issues, but i kinda feel the app is not responsive for my phone.
8. It also redirects you to a web page often which is not very user friendly.
9. My work just changed insurance to SSQ and my experience so far has given me no confidence in their abilities or desire to help.I have never used an app so poorly designed.
10. It is easier to just use the website, which isn't saying much since the same drunk monkeys designed that too.
11. I keep hitting "submit a claim" and it won't do a thing.
