1. All typical of Comcast and how they treat customers. And exactly why was this app discontinued? Some of the features were you could easily access emails, set up to receive detailed email notifications outside of the app and forward home phone calls/messages on your cell.
2. Primarily, on my phone, I can receive mail but I can't send mail but instead get an error message that says it wont send and will go to Drafts folder, which it doesn't do so I lose the email entirely!! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that only works for about 24 hours.
3. Since rating this app low (as well as a lot of other people) Comcast has fixed the problems with the app.I'm deleting this app since it's way too slow and not very user friendly for checking Emails.
4. It would be faster to send a letter through the mail or drive to the recipients house. For about a month I had problems syncing this app on my cell phone.
5. Don't know what is going on.I have used this app for many years, for both my email and to get Voice2Go notifications from my Comcast landline.
6. Last week while talking with Comcast about Contract renewal, I told them about this technical email issue.
7. Everything in one place , good job!I am using a Galaxy Tab A with S Pen which was recently updated to Android Oreo 8.1. Now Connect crashes/freezes and I cannot get to my emails.
8. Now I am happy again with the correct Xfinity Connect app.You can hook your regular home phone in your xfinity wifi router and it will do your phone calls just fine.
9. After you finally get logged it, if you're lucky to get that far, the options are limited, the features take you in circles and the speed of opening Emails and maneuvering throughout this site are terrible.
10. I have uninstall and install right now at 7X to make it function to make outgoing calls and text messages but still receive error messages and connection fail notification.
11. I think it's to assist with the sale of xfinity's new cell phone service.
Delete and reinstall xfinity connect
