1. Unacceptable.Why on earth do I not have access to the same filters I have on the web portal?I tried to login but it wont let me in and i put the username and password correctThis needs to be updated for newer phones.Will not let me do anything says it's for older version phonesall the best wishes for the almighty Allah keeping everyday well and secure everything.Doesn't work.

1. Fix Blackboard Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Blackboard Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Blackboard Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Blackboard Connect" » Open Blackboard Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Blackboard Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Blackboard Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Blackboard Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Blackboard Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Blackboard Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Blackboard Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Blackboard Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Blackboard Connect then reinstall.
