Unacceptable.Why on earth do I not have access to the same filters I have on the web portal?I tried to login but it wont let me in and i put the username and password correctThis needs to be updated for newer phones.Will not let me do anything says it's for older version phonesall the best wishes for the almighty Allah keeping everyday well and secure everything.Doesn't work.

2. A window came up after several attempts stating that this app was designed for an older version and to ask the developer to see if they upgraded yet.

3. After downloading, I setup my user name and password and clicked on login...it won't let me log in.

4. Removing this app now! Waste of time!Won't let me log in and doesn't show the same icon as other app stores.

5. No Blackboard MyConnect connection either.For an emergency alerting app, its worthless when it randomly crashes during use.

1. Fix Blackboard Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Blackboard Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Blackboard Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Blackboard Connect" » Open Blackboard Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Blackboard Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Blackboard Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Blackboard Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Blackboard Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Blackboard Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Blackboard Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Blackboard Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Blackboard Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Blackboard Connect not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Blackboard Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Blackboard Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Blackboard Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
