1. Everytime I have to receive an international shipment with aramex it becomes a tedious task to connect with them in order to get the customs clearance.One of the worst apps and overall services I have used lately.

2. I then discovered that it is at their warehouse! Their hotline was out of service and I couldn't reach them for a whole week and there's no way to contact them through the app!!Aramex has the worst customer support system.

3. Rest assured, this will be my last time using Aramex Services.Aramex should be banned for the worst courier service ever.

4. Its useless apps nothing newer then their website.The app keeps sending notifications that a driver is heading to my location for a pick-up, and yet nobody shows up, 3 days , still waiting.

5. There is no phone support for anything including to set up a shipment the source of Aramex's income.

6. Shipment address clearly shows details but the app appears to show me in a different continent.

7. Tried to send request through their support, I typed all but simply, when try to send, that page, asked to keyin City name, i tried many ways, I am from Singapore, what to type in city.

8. Although I chose home address on the app, Aramex shipped it to my work address.

9. There is street number typo error in my delivery address.

10. Or, it fails to send the SMS verification code.first time using ythis application, not idiot proof.

11. when and If the driver ever shows up at my door for the pickup, I'll offer them tea and rant about how their service is horrible.

1. Fix Aramex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aramex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aramex App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aramex" » Open Aramex Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aramex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aramex Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aramex servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aramex Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aramex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aramex might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aramex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aramex then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aramex not working

2. Fix Aramex Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aramex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aramex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aramex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
