Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Video Recycle Bin Issues

1. Fix Video Recycle Bin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  2. Update the Video Recycle Bin App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Recycle Bin" » Open Video Recycle Bin » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Recycle Bin » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Video Recycle Bin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Recycle Bin servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Recycle Bin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Video Recycle Bin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Recycle Bin might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Recycle Bin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Recycle Bin then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Recycle Bin not working
