1. But the one that is outdated is worth more than the one that's newer? I'm so confused on how y'all work! Is it the common core math or something I'm not understanding?Quoted $75.00, walked 1.9 miles in snow, got to kiosk punched in my drop-off code and as soon I mean as soon as the kiosk door closed it immediately popped back up and the kiosk dash says "cannot verify phone " or something similar.

There are plenty of other options out there that will pay much more so don't waste your time with this company please.Can't even load up the website nor app, galaxy note 20 5G, went in person to sell my iPhone 12 pro and they scanned it as a LG and offered me a dollar, honestly done wasting my time with the service clearly it sucks for alot of others too!WOW, Just WOW!! The offer received from ecoATM was less than half of every other offer I received.

I guess they are hoping to find someone in a desperate for money and take advantage of the situation.I believe the convenience is there however there aren't enough worthy deals or enough money offered hands down and should they give an additional 15 to 20 Percent more on all phones I would be more apt to utilizing the services.This app quotes you at a high price to bate you then only offers around 75% less and it switches the price to way less.

4. I started at the beginning of the phone selling process, like ppl whom hadn't wasted their time with app and walla!..kiosk offers me $12.00. $12.00!!!! Anger fueled my feelings of being an idiot thus this review.

5. And the kicker is the one that's a few years old is getting higher priced than the one that's a few months old and both work perfectly both light up perfectly and neither have scratches or cracks.

6. I have spoken to probably around 10 different employees which all gave different stories as to why I never received any money.

1. Fix ecoATM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ecoATM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ecoATM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ecoATM" » Open ecoATM - Sell & Recycle Your M » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ecoATM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ecoATM - Sell & Recycle Your M app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ecoATM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ecoATM - Sell & Recycle Your M" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ecoATM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ecoATM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ecoATM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ecoATM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ecoATM not working

2. Fix ecoATM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ecoATM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ecoATM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ecoATM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
