(2) Removable or virtual secondary memory devices such as microSD cards are imperative; else users will run out of physical or local secondary memory (ROM) on their handsets once even most documents and archival files are retrieved.This app actually worked for me,i was getting desperate for an important file that i deleted an year ago and was in grave need of it ,i had searched the entire youtube for getting an solution, but none worked as some recovery apps were paid and some required to root the phone , but miraculously this app worked and restored the file i was longing for, just a last recommendation that the app is a bit buggy therefore please start working on , however otherwis its an ideal app for document recovery.I just finished my research paper and saved it in my wps then my phone errored and my document disappeared.

Probably no one can guarantee 💯% to recover all the data.Amazing app.I had a notepad app through which backups were created.I deleted the file from the notepad but the backup was there, unfortunately couldn't open the backup file and it displayed error notification.But I tried this and wow I recovered the full document.When phone gives you option to choose app to open the recovered file,use Google chrome.That works... Thanks for this...Most file recovery apps are dumb, photos only, overloaded with ads or needs payment.

3. The recovered files will appear on the root of your device so no need for zip and mail.Best recovery App I've found so far! Most of recovery App are only for photos and videos, but this one recovered all types of files.

1. Fix Document Recovery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Document Recovery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Document Recovery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Document Recovery" » Open Document Recovery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Document Recovery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Document Recovery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Document Recovery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Document Recovery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Document Recovery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Document Recovery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Document Recovery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Document Recovery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Document Recovery not working

2. Fix Document Recovery Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Document Recovery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Document Recovery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Document Recovery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
