Great app helps much to hide vedios just delete and not one can see and then recover without rootworks a treat! except for the ads that appear when the app is shut down...its no wonder play store asked "does this app have intrusive ads?" ads that pop up while using the app is acceptable to a point...you thieves make money from this but when you delve outside of this realm, this is an invasion into ones private territory...just like a burglar does when they invade ones home to steal from them except this burglar is most deceptive..able to act undetected under the guise of an advert!This app is fake.

2. if a videos recorded through camera that video will never been found using this app.Yep, I like this app because I had recovered video under 100 MB and this app has helped me to recover mine girlfriends (Anaya) video I will like to rate only 4 stars.

3. So, this app looks good visually And I had to spend more time on this app to recover my deleted videos.

5. All it does is to collect all existing video files and put them in a new folder made by the app, wasting more your time and space, definition of a scam app.

1. Fix Video Recovery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Recovery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Recovery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Recovery" » Open Video Recovery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Recovery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Recovery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Recovery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Recovery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Recovery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Recovery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Recovery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Recovery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Recovery not working

2. Fix Video Recovery Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Recovery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Recovery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Recovery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
