1. The only good thing is that the app provides some sort of interoperability between the main site and the latampass site.A very erratic and unreliable app, 3 different passengers on the same reservation, checked in for all 3 15 minutes prior and all of a sudden it would only show 1 boarding pass which caused a delay that almost made us miss our flight.

2. You can use the app to look for your flight info if you're willing to enter your confirmation # each & every time--it does no good to register, which incidentally is an aggravating and convoluted process.The website and app are not the best, full of bugs, doesn't work properly.

3. It really sucksThis app is full of bugs, unintuitive navigation, and, when you think you are done registering, it makes you download another app that launches in Portuguese and does not recognize the LATAM Pass that one just created and was verified by email.

4. This can cause frustration as the boarding passes are generated even though the seat purchase screen never appears.The UI sucks, and is mostly a loader for their awful mobile website.

5. Worse, there is a bug on the birthday and expiration date...choose a day, then a month, then choose a year: the month field resets to January after choosing the year!! I cant imagine how many headaches this causes for people when they get to the airport.All but useless.

6. When it does show Boarding Pass as an option, it never works.

7. Not all views are mobile friendly and just in navigation.It obliges me to enter documents for all passengers and again for a 2nd flight of a connection.

8. Rubbish softwareEste aap es inestable y hasta ahora me ha resultado inutil, no logro hacer una sola reserva con Latam sin que se apague.

9. It dosen't keep the boarding pass to use offline during the check in.

10. At this stage of the game for you guys to have these bugs is completely unacceptable and could have catastrophic implications for your clients which I have been a loyal client right up until now.

11. I haven't been able to book one single flight with Latam from this app without it crashing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LATAM Airlines Issues

    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LATAM Airlines » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LATAM Airlines app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LATAM Airlines servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LATAM Airlines" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LATAM Airlines app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LATAM Airlines might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LATAM Airlines. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LATAM Airlines then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LATAM Airlines not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LATAM Airlines be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
