1. Tried when Spark just appeared here, tried afer 3 years, same issues.This guys will fall after any other company start doing the same, is incredible the amount of broken cars and the 0 response to help you.

2. The main reason is that I spent my time to create an account, added all necessary data, been charged for "registration fee" and at the last step got an understanding that Ukrainian driving license is NOT accepted.

3. The only info I received after sending a message to the support was that my money was taken from my account Good idea, horrible companySpark used to be a fantastic alternative to taxis both in experience and pricing.

4. AND i can't make another account... When u have need very fast, this app it didn't help you.. DO SOMETHING SPARK!!2✰ -> 1✰ -> 0... Stopped using it.

5. I've tried to log in with my account and i can't remember the password, so i used the option to send me an email to recover my password.

6. Other time I started a trip but the car did not open, called the support number but not answer so I has to close the trip.
