Why should I report an Issue with CaraMaps - Motorhome campsite?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Nala Multimédia to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Are stop missing? Do I have to buy premium? Very disappointed..... Caramaps Twitter and Facebook accounts haven't been used for years.Seemed to create a .nomedia folder in my user root directory, causing my phone camera and Google Photos to stop working for my whole holiday (MediaStore exception).

2. I'm leaving Monday... Today is Friday... And the app just won't open the camps spots anymore... It keeps 'loading' the spots and I have to shut the whole app down in order to get back to the menu... This really sucks as I can't use it nowWhat's after happening.... Ok so didn't use app for 6 months as in covid lockdown.

3. One feature I would like added is the option to edit a review after posting.When you open the app, you are asked for the type of camper van you have with the names in a foreign language - I don't know what a 'fourgon', 'integral' or the other options are.

4. Would probably be good if they just told you how to use the app.This was the first of 3 camper apps that actually show lots of free camp, beach spots in spain.

5. There are a few bugs, like app crashing during searching process, but is getting better and better.Seems useful, but it uses ambiguous icons and terms for places like 'spot' or 'BLM' without providing any explanation as to what they mean.

6. Would use again but please respect this place & don't outstay your welcome otherwise it'll be banned like so many others!The details and reviews enable you to get a good idea of what the area will be like.

7. While I don't want to spend too much time searching where to sleep in Spain, I did my research and 'starred' all the good spots already.

8. I'm stuck to will uninstallLarge grassy area where motorhomes were parked when we arrived but the police came the following morning and said everyone must move to the car parking area just behind the bar/beach, they took registrations and said max 48 hrs.

9. If you can't find the make of your campervan - you have to lie in order to proceed as there is not an option to skip this or to enter custom details.

10. Most stops are included and mean that you dont need to keep purchasing books.Very nice app, but Permanent freezing tablet.

11. Only found that caramaps caused it after spending hours after getting home.Great app with a lot of resources.

1. Fix CaraMaps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CaraMaps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CaraMaps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CaraMaps" » Open CaraMaps - Motorhome campsite » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CaraMaps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CaraMaps - Motorhome campsite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CaraMaps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CaraMaps - Motorhome campsite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CaraMaps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CaraMaps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CaraMaps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CaraMaps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CaraMaps not working

2. Fix CaraMaps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CaraMaps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CaraMaps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CaraMaps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
