1. One time my phone got auto-locked in the car and support took 90 minutes to respond during a heat wave.App is egregously buggy , especially if, god forbid, you try taking the vehicle out of cellular reception.
2. Any attempt to restart or reinstall the app has just logged me out and I can't get back in my account for at least a week!! Please fix this issueThis service started out so promising, but after several years of using it, I cannot rely on Free2Move anymore.
3. Escalated my issue but customer service in Free2Move has disappointed me many a time, so I don't know what to expect.
4. Customer service is terrible, and, as Mustafa's review points out, they now charge a 17% "tax" without an invoice line for it.When the app is working, it's a great service.
5. I ended my last trip only to say it was paused and then was charged for the full time it wasn't ended.
6. I was without service for a month because that's how long it took to hear from customer service that my license info needed to be updated.
7. Half the time I reserve a car, something goes wrong before I can even start the trip.
8. In these situations, you're supposed to be able to lock/unlock the car via bluetooth, but the app "forgets" that you have a rental in progress, and so you can't lock/unlock the car until you get to a place with cell reception so the app can talk to their servers.
9. Not sure why this new app was launched when software issues are out of control.The service is great.
10. So disappointed.Like others say, app glitches way too much in areas with cell phone reception, and the off grid Bluetooth option is a coin toss.
