She absolutely loves the songs and the songs helps improve her speech.We like the old version,my daughter is on spectrum with the other version she could go back to home and change the videos by herself, now is difficult when you have to hold the bottom few seconds just to go back,maybe keep it simple please!, we use this app since years and is one of our favorites but please 🙏 don't get complicated with the icons or buttons....thank you! How can I go back to how it was before???We've bought quite a few packs from here, but I hate how so many of the packs have the same songs c so if you buy it in one pack you're basically wasting money buying it with a different pack.

2. Fix your app and stop stealing peoples money.Outrageous, I down loaded this app for my friend (only just started nursery) who loves pinkfong songs but when I had a look at the songs there all nursery rhymes not one pinkfong song.

3. If they would change the home screen to the songs you actually have purchased and makes the songs available for individual purchase instead of packs that all contain the same songs, I'd give it 5 stars.Things were great and my kid loves it.

4. UNINSTALLED straight awayI bought this baby shark best kids' songs and stories for my son on an Amazon fire tablet and now its missing.

5. Also anytime we have switched devices we cannot restore purchases and lose all of the money we spent buying songs.

6. I will not spend a single cent more on this trash, will switch to youtube kids where i can get all the same songs for free minus the ads.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Shark Kids Songs&Stories » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Shark Kids Songs&Stories app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Shark Kids Songs&Stories" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
