This prevents me from upgrading to the full pack because the keyboard pops up blocking the credit card details with no way to slide down to the lower menu to complete those fields of indormation required to make the purchaseI paid this app to get the full subscription long time ago on this device but then I had to factory reset this device because it had been working really slow.

4. Thanks for your help.Why would you put payable advertising in a child's app! It's not fair parents getting charged for stuff because the child can't read to exit the add! Huge discredit twords parents and guardians alike.

10. This one on alpbbets and the one for shapes and colors areher favorites! Along with babyshark of course! lol She is only 18 months and recognizing letters and sounds them out when she see them.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Shark ABC Phonics: Games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Shark ABC Phonics: Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Shark ABC Phonics: Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
