1. Compatibility testing for Chordana Play on devices running Android 13 has identified a bug that prevents some functions from working properly when using Bluetooth MIDI. • On Google Pixel series models (excluding Pixel 4/4 XL), we have confirmed that this issue was resolved by the monthly update in March 2023. • The update status for other smart devices varies according to manufacturer or device.
2. This problem does not arise on devices running Android 12 or earlier or when a USB cable connection is used. * When Wireless MIDI & Audio Adaptor (WU-BT10) is used. the system requirement of the smart device must be Android OS 8. 0 or higher and a Bluetooth® Low Energy compatible device. 1.
3. The function has two modes. *To use while connected to a supported CASIO keyboard, an OTG-compatible smartphone/tablet running Android 6. 0 or later is required. (Some smartphones/tablets may not be supported. *Lesson Mode cannot be used via a Bluetooth® connection on Android 6. x or 7. x devices.
4. Chordana Play displays the music score and piano roll notation for built-in songs and MIDI files. 2.
5. Using either the app's keyboard or a USB-connected musical instrument keyboard, you can take a three-step lesson while following the music score and piano roll.
6. Play back audio on your device with musical tools such as key shift and tempo change, looping, and melody cancel. 5. 6.
7. The keyboard link function enables you to use an audio cable to send melody and chord data along with the audio playback.
8. Play one of the 50 songs included in Chordana Play, or add MIDI files.
9. Music score and piano roll notation make it fun and easy to learn!
10. Smartphones/tablets for which operation has been confirmed will be progressively added to the list.
11. Please refrain from using this app on Android 13 until the issue is resolved.
1. How does every review say the same thing with no fix? This software lets you use your own midi files for free comes with a lot of free songs only downside is you can't zoom in on the keyboard to make it a 25 key on your tablet screen and then also limit the keys you have to play also I don't think there's a way to have the song stopped at every road keys for practicing so close to being perfect if you're using a full-size keyboard it's a great companionTone Selection does not work.
2. Overdriving the audio and so the piano cannot decipher the data being sent to it because it's too noisy now... I was finally able to have my piano keys light up to match the song by reducing the volume to 1 using the app UI but then the volume was so low I could not even hear the song I was playing.
3. Also when the lesson does load without crashing, it lights up the first key but doesn't recognize that I've already played the key and so the lesson does not continueThis app does not work properly in tandem with your piano keyboard.
4. Second, I thought that when I will connect the app to my keyboard when I play the song I will hit the keys it will also come on the app.
5. The only problem I have is that when I use a song from the app, doesn't matter of it is an internal song or MIDI file, it keeps switching between appvolok and appvol-.
6. The keys don't follow the music because this app when active and linked to the piano FORCES THE PHONE'S HARDWARE VOLUME TO 100%.
7. I got ready to play a song & it would go away so I could hear the preview of the song but there again, another issue - I couldn't play the song to match the app in real time.
8. What a joke.THIS APP WON'T HELP YOU LEARN PIANO! I noticed that there was a buzzing sound while trying to get the "signal" configured for the app & piano integration, which got louder and louder.
9. If I try to transfer a song, it crashes, if I try to adjust the lesson settings, it crashes.
10. But when there are big files like if we want to play new songs and download midi it can't be transfer as file is too big.
11. In my experience, it never fails to restart or stop completely when trying to transfer and make barely any changes to MIDI files.
Hey there 👋 I'm not really an expert when it comes to playing the piano or using any music apps, so it's safe to say that I'm a total begginer. With that being said I'll try my best to explain my "issue", please bear with me. Basically, whenever I download an midi file and play it on the piano via a Bluetooth extension (while using your app) it doesn't play the song the way I want it to. In other words, it doesn't only play the piano version of the song, it also adds drums, guitars, vocals etc.. In short, it plays a more sophisticated instrumental version of the song instead of only the piano version. How do I "fix" this? I Would really appreciate some help! :))
