With society I own my privacy.I can't get into this app cause the coses are too long and ebery time I try to type it in it said error then when I go to scan nothing happens with it thos app sucks they codes are not written well so u can actually read them instead it's a bunch of random long numbersi love this!!! my girlfriend and i use this for texting cause its crazy secure.

1. Fix SOCIETY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SOCIETY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SOCIETY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SOCIETY" » Open SOCIETY: Secure Social Network » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SOCIETY » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SOCIETY: Secure Social Network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SOCIETY servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SOCIETY: Secure Social Network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SOCIETY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SOCIETY might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SOCIETY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SOCIETY then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SOCIETY not working

2. Fix SOCIETY Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SOCIETY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SOCIETY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SOCIETY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
