1. Thanks to the help team for a quick email response.I've used Avast on my computer and cellphone for a long time now, my only issue with them is they eat up the RAM on any device they run on... which if you have a device that doesn't have a minimum of 6GB of RAM it will run slow... On the cellphone they have too many apps to choose from, some of which are basically the same thing with different features, they need to just make an all in one app that does everything for one low price instead of having everything individually priced.This app is horrible.

2. if not for that it would have been 5 starts.I like the app, but most of the time it doesn't connect, even when I try manually.

3. Many are free, and with the Avast app often leaving my personal data vulnerable, it's almost like I'm paying for the chance to get hacked.I've been using Avasts products for years and it's been one of the best decisions I've made.

  4. Check Avast SecureLine VPN & Privacy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Avast SecureLine VPN & Privacy might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Avast SecureLine VPN & Privacy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Avast SecureLine VPN & Privacy then reinstall.
