1. Conversations aren't threaded, new content isn't highlighted (though you do get a notification that takes you to the relevant post), notification settings are limited, can't post images from my phone and the error message is too vague to understand why.

2. Uploading/creating posts often proves frustrating, and the format does not always match intentions.(update 13/12/2022) due to a recent update my device now does not allow this app to post/alert notifications to my device.

3. Can't filter my dates.Shame you can't post picture on excisting posts, but currently you have to make a post to highlight, otherwise spot onStraightforward social app.

4. "Something went wrong, we are working to resolve this"Logs me out sometimes but overall a good app!Such a beautiful and unique way to communicate with like minded easily and deliciously.Too many issues.

5. Pretty basic - more community than learningI can even create a tribe... It says provide valid subdomain.

6. I don't understand how anybody could make a social app and not have threaded conversations.Pretty glitchy.

1. Fix Intellum Social Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Intellum Social: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Intellum Social App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Intellum Social" » Open Intellum Social » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Intellum Social » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Intellum Social app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Intellum Social servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Intellum Social" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Intellum Social app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Intellum Social might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Intellum Social. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Intellum Social then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Intellum Social not working

2. Fix Intellum Social Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Intellum Social be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Intellum Social not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Intellum Social may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
