1. It just doesn't always work.This app is AWFUL! If it worked as advertised it would be amazing but it doesn't at all and it throws off apps on my kids phone that aren't even being monitored.
2. Maybe if my kids had the most recent updated phones then it'd work right.. but I doubt it.I recently got my 12 year old a phone and have been trying to determine the best app.
3. They don't care, dont back their product.Some of the features work some don't, when I asked support to fix issues, nothing.
4. So they canceled my subscription, but no refund issuedCustomer service is very quick and efficient through chat services....UPDATE...4 weeks later.
5. Ha! I go and check on location and that doesn't work.
6. I have two different cell phones (one that is 5 years old, the other 2 years old) being monitored and the problems on each phone are different.
7. Did three different chat sessions to try to resolve the issues and the only answer I would get is to reboot her phone and wait 30-40 min.
8. Tried to work with tech suggestions, still doesn't work ot the bugs.
9. Was unable to see new apps uploaded to my daughter's phone, the location never worked, and I checked to see if she could just delete the app and she could.
10. I recently had the opportunity to use the live chat support feature and was pleasantly surprised that an actual human was at the other end with understanding and logical answers.
11. Tracking doesn't work.
