1. The product works fine, but the software feels like it's from 2012 not 2023 and its insane we let this pass for acceptable modern home automation.Agree with other opinions .. it's clunky and not very reliable, but it worked decently well with Google assistant until the most recent update.

2. It is easy to check the status of the door with the app, and it notifies the users of the app when the garage door is used.No integration with Google Assistant.

3. I don't want to have to open 10 different apps to see what's going on at home! I am about to purchase 2 new garage door openers and want the integration.

4. I have tried setting up two different versions of garage door hubs, and it always fails at some point during setup.

5. I am disappointed in the lack of integrations, at the very least I would like to see an integration with Android Auto/Apple Carplay so I can open/close the door with my car's infotainment center.

4. Check myQ Garage & Access Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myQ Garage & Access Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall myQ Garage & Access Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myQ Garage & Access Control then reinstall.
