Why should I report an Issue with DM Magic - Auto Dms & Chatbot for Instagram?

Doesn't work worst app I ever used no good UI i would give no starWas able to get some sales through this auto dm , sometimes the server is not working , issyes and bugs are available but overall good jobs , will be purchasing soon !Its really bad app,complicated,and i wanted to send welcome msg to my new followers but there is no option for new followers,u cant sit n keep making user list,useless appSCAM!!!! THIS APP KEEPS YOUR INFO.

2. Suddenly appears that I logged in from Taiwan!! So I deleted the app directly and changed the password.I am not able to send direct messages to my followers.it always says,there is no record for selected audience.it should have fetched my followers to a list automatically.if I have add my followers 1 by 1 then this app is useless.I Uninstalled it the reason is whatever you try a message pops up saying failed because to many APIs failed.

3. This app got the Instagram account temporarily locked! And the app also doesn't work.. It sends no messages.. Very useless.. I do not recommend installing this app and don't use your Instagram password on this app, because it doesn't seem to be safe.Lots of issues with this app: you can't create a list from followers, most messages fail and no response from tech support.

4. Their claim below that they've updated the app is risible: last update was December 2019When I logged in to my account.

1. Fix DM Magic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DM Magic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DM Magic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DM Magic" » Open DM Magic - Auto Dms & Chatbot for Instagram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DM Magic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DM Magic - Auto Dms & Chatbot for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DM Magic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DM Magic - Auto Dms & Chatbot for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DM Magic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DM Magic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DM Magic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DM Magic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DM Magic not working

2. Fix DM Magic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DM Magic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DM Magic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DM Magic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
