1. Had I known these issues I never would have used this app.So far the app is good, only concern I downloaded the free version, to try it out, after that, I tried to upgrade, but once I hit the upgrade page I can see the anual OR monthly deals but I don't see prices or a button to select a payment plan.

2. It's really handy when you're learning about home renovations and repairs, great visual aid.I like to design possible future homes and this byfar is the best free program! No annoying ads or pay walls and you can do a lot of things for it being free! I also thought it was pretty easy to use.

3. I would be trying to adjust something, and despite freezing walls for the 10th time, when I zoomed out, walls and dimensions of adjacent rooms were all wrong.

4. I chose the free account, and after some time and patience in learning the quirks of the app, was content to mess around.

5. I haven't successfully used the camera to create a room on the floor plan yet, after about 3 corners the camera won't register where the floor is.

6. Do I have to Uninstall and reinstall the app to select the upgraded version, and if I do, I don't want to loose my free sketches.

7. Most of the rest of these apps are free for about 5 minutes and then charge outrageous prices.

8. The only problem I have is it could have more objects and some of the objects are the wrong size (the king bed in the app, for example, is a little smaller than an actual king bed).

9. It just closes immediately when I click on the icon.I had no hopes, even through the initial setup up the room using the scan camera feature.

10. There are also limitations on how much you can resize different pieces of furniture.I downloaded a few similar apps prior to this and was left disappointed.

11. My one and ONLY gripe is that some of the items ("Shelves" and "Cabinet with cooking hood" in particular) do not show up when viewing the plan in 3D.

1. Fix magicplan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart magicplan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the magicplan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "magicplan" » Open magicplan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for magicplan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear magicplan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from magicplan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "magicplan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check magicplan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, magicplan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall magicplan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall magicplan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing magicplan not working

2. Fix magicplan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make magicplan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to magicplan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, magicplan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
