1. Those moving average lines alone help me make a lot of money! I would like to see easier ways to deposit USD, would love to see interest accrual for holding coin, better integration with a wallet, and a way to keep notes on my saved favorites after I read an article in the news and want to remember something.I opened the account and submitted my documentation with proper ID's and I was still getting messages that I needed to submit them agai.. thus went out a total of 3 times.

2. It should be improved and the charges should be reduced... BINANCE REMAINS MY CHOICEAm loving this exchange, it has been a home for most of my coins trading ànd with a user interface that is easy to navigate, no one can have a problem with figuring out how to use the platform.

3. Another ordeal with trying to get my funds into the account and then it was cancelled.Withdrawal charge is exceptionally high and the coins in ones possession can't get to the top unless you infinitely scroll...so tiring.

1. Fix HBTC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HBTC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HBTC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HBTC" » Open HBTC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HBTC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HBTC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HBTC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HBTC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HBTC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HBTC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HBTC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HBTC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HBTC not working

2. Fix HBTC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HBTC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HBTC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HBTC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
