The Clock Customer Insights

1. Setting not to notify about upcoming alarms doesn't work (that's the reason I'm trying apps other than the stock android clock app).

2. And, half the time when the alarm actually does sound, you can't disable it without force closing every other app in use.App doesn't work.

3. Good, reliable alarm again Thanks! Wish I could set the defaults to be the same across all my alarms, so I don't have to reset all options each time.

4. Recently ads have begun popping up and I didn't realize I needed to dismiss them in order for my snooze button to work! So I pushed snooze as usual and ended up being late for work twice until I figured out what was going on.

5. 👎I was having trouble finding an alarm clock app that let me set individual snooze durations for each alarm like my old LG could do from the factory.

6. I have found this app to be reliable when many others aren't.This app worked great on my previous phones, but I now have a Galaxy S23 Ultra, and the alarm is impossible to turn off sometimes.

7. There's a drop down notification to purchase, turning it off disables the alarm.6/28/23 update: Ever since last update a week ago Alarm is no longer reliable.

8. I originally complained that the snooze button was being replaced by an ad, which would then silence the alarm (if you snooze, go back to sleep - it may or may not wake you up again).

9. I use some alarms to get up and others for work so I want different snooze times.

10. I am still not sure what prompts it, but I cant turn it off from the app or notification drop-down menu, so I have to restart my phone when my alarm rings.

11. It has a full page ad every time you open the app, prompting you to purchase it to unlock more alarms & you have to click the tiniest font that's dangerously close to the accept button to get out of it.
