Why should I report an Issue with Taskeet - Reminders & Alarms?

1. But let's say you swipe it away by mistake (it should forbid this), the "other" notification happily reports "no tasks today" even though you still have one overdue task! I suppose something similar would happen if you restarted your phone, for example.

2. I switched to a different reminder app called "Tasks" that in addition to not having a many bugs has way more useful features and is still free.I really really wanted this app to he perfect.

3. I wanted an app where the reminders wouldn't just disappear into the notification list after two seconds, and this one satisfies that need (set as alarm).

4. Reminders pop up on screen and wait for you to either mark as done or postpone, although after a while (with no response from user) it will automatically postpone the task.

5. I bypassed this with setting a recurring alarm on the 1st day of each month with 24hrs advanced notification.

6. The only problem is that in notification settings you can see all available sounds but it does not play it when you touch one just to see how it sounds.

7. Sure, it shows a notification, and you can mark as done or postpone.

8. The only thing I'd recommend is maybe adding the option to run without an end date instead of just having to filter through several calendars and set it to 2025 or something, lest it suddenly stop without you realizing what happened.

1. Fix Taskeet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Taskeet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Taskeet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Taskeet" » Open Taskeet - Reminders & Alarms » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Taskeet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Taskeet - Reminders & Alarms app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Taskeet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Taskeet - Reminders & Alarms" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Taskeet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Taskeet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Taskeet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Taskeet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Taskeet not working

2. Fix Taskeet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Taskeet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Taskeet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Taskeet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
