Why should I report an Issue with Sync note?

1. If I touch a text containing a link in note edit mode that link is opens in it's app, so editing a text in the note became painful.Thanks I needed a lightweight note taking app for faster note taking on less serious occasions and this app is perfectly lightweight BUT..., how is the cloud supposed to help me if I change my phone? It has absolutely no menu or help notes so I don't know on what cloud my notes are getting uploaded or even how I am going to sync my new phone with my earlier uploaded notes on the cloud with this app? I think you could at least add a simple menu or an initial help note to explain these.

2. One think, I tried to share link from YouTube but "sync note" not showing any icon on the share tab that i can share the link and save in "sync note".

3. Now I just wish the developer would add some customization features, like being able to change the "paper" color.Pros: It does sync, it doesn't require sign up, it doesn't contein any ads.

4. Links in sync note do not open by clicking.

5. And links that are saved in "sync note" are not clickable.

6. Cons: neither option to select note text font nor its size.

11. Uninstalled.If i reset my phone and sell it then that person downloads the app wont they access my notes.

1. Fix Sync note Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sync note: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sync note App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sync note" » Open Sync note » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sync note » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sync note app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sync note servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sync note" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sync note app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sync note might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sync note. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sync note then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sync note not working

2. Fix Sync note Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sync note be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sync note not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sync note may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
