You only need to do it like every few months, so it does not really matter, this is why the rating in the end became 5I factory reset my phone and rooted it again and gave this app a try and it does work now, i don't know why i was having problems, i think superuser was not letting other apps use the root besides the ones that i had already gave the permission.

2. Just 2 questions... Where's the fetched images get stored? And do I need to delete those manually after the process completed?Doesn't work.

2. Update the Contacts Sync (requires ROOT) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Contacts Sync (requires ROOT)" » Open Contacts Sync (requires ROOT) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Contacts Sync (requires ROOT) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Contacts Sync (requires ROOT) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Contacts Sync (requires ROOT) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Contacts Sync (requires ROOT)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Contacts Sync (requires ROOT) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Contacts Sync (requires ROOT) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Contacts Sync (requires ROOT). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Contacts Sync (requires ROOT) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Contacts Sync (requires ROOT) not working
