Why should I report an Issue with Badi – Rooms & Flats for rent?

1. It definitely needs more follow-up from Badi's team.If you're posting a room you can only answer one messages unless you pay for premium, so its useless! Now I understand why when I was looking for a room I got so few answers compared to posting on IdealistaAlmost useless without paying Badi Plus, otherwise the number of matches is limited and you cannot even answer queries from interested people.

I rented my room contacting with my friends not with this app.still looking to see if its a good app? though the interface it's really great and I am looking at a possible good return, I would rate it 4 star.I like the fact that you can (and have to) outline your personality in detail on your profile, but it's rather frustrating that these parameters are only partially taken into account during the search process.

3. Created a 2nd account, denied most of them promotly, only took my time to wait for an enquire of a couple more tenants and BANG, listing hidden again! They really push the 15€/Month premium,which is too high for individuals and Agencies have taken over the space, Ruining the experience for both Sides!Worst application i have ever used.

4. Adults are allowed to simply post and forget about it for weeks and months with no follow-up from the app."Pay Premium or leave!" I had an account listings hidden cause I stopped paying premium and waited a bit too long to analyse the tenants and reply to them later.

5. The paid version is quite useful though, so it's up to you being willing to pay 10 eurSeriously, limited matches without even able to response and you want us to pay so we can respond to potential tenants.

6. Filtering out search results based on incompatible parameters wouldn't be a particularly difficult adaptation.Great initiative, but it has a lot to improve.

7. For example, many women specifically indicate they only want female flatmates (which I completely understand), and yet their listings still show up in my search results.

8. This app is great for people who are casually browsing for a roommate as if to not actually fill or find a room.

9. You set up a profile for a couple and the app keep saying you're "a good fit" for ads that are not for couples, quite annoying push notifications.

10. Just time waste application because they just messaged you, if someone come to your house for visit they ever reply after.

11. These rooms can be time sensitive for many people, including transplant workers like myself.

1. Fix Badi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Badi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Badi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Badi" » Open Badi – Rooms & Flats for rent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Badi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Badi – Rooms & Flats for rent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Badi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Badi – Rooms & Flats for rent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Badi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Badi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Badi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Badi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Badi not working

2. Fix Badi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Badi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Badi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Badi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
